How do I know which treatment is right for me?

Tailored during first appointment. Consultation required for acne/complex concerns. SLB Custom Facial recommended starting point for new clients.

What should I do — and avoid — before my appointment?

No retinol/AHAs/BHAs/benzoyl peroxide for 1 week prior. Clean skin. Patch test required for Alkaline Hair Removal new clients.

Where are you located, and is parking available?

I am at 300 Skokie Boulevard, Unit I, Northbrook, IL 60062. There is on-site parking. Appointments are required.

How often should I come in for treatments?

Accepted Answer

Maintenance facials every 4–6 weeks. Face Reality Acne Program every 2 weeks for 3–6 months. DMK/advanced treatments based on skin response.

Do you accept insurance or HSA/FSA cards?

Accepted Answer

Treatments are cosmetic and not covered by health insurance. HSA/FSA eligibility depends on your plan — check with your provider. Payment made in person at time of service.

Do you sell the products used in treatments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I sell take-home products from DMK, Face Reality, and Glo2Facial, as well as others.
